Doctor Referral & Booking
HMG will help you book appointments for specialist consultation, doctor referral and assist in scheduling day case surgeries at one of our trusted network medical providers.
Medical Advice / Second Medical Opinion
If a client is diagnosed with an illness, they may request HMG to help refer another HMG network doctor for a second opinion.
HMG has partnered with three major private hospitals in Hong Kong for high quality second medical consultations.
China VIP Medical Navigation Service
In addition to providing doctor referral and hospitalization booking assistance in Mainland China, HMG also provides accompanying and navigation service to network VIP hospitals to ensure a clients have a seamless and comfortable healthcare experience.
Local Urgent Care
HMG will provide assisted transfer for a client from a government hospital to a private hospital* by ambulance. Our ambulances are operated by licensed private ambulance service provider in Hong Kong.

Cashless Arrangement Services
HMG offers all-inclusive day surgery packages for Endoscopy, Cataract Surgery & Wart Removal at certified HMG network day surgery centers. HMG’s pre-arranged package price enables our clients to enjoy zero payment service during the day of surgery. Additionally,
HMG also offers cashless service for inpatient hospitalization at designated hospitals.
eBooking Platform
HMG offers a modern and intuitive e-booking platform for clients or their insurance agents to book HMG services as well as view important updates to their services. The e-booking platform includes features such as uploading claims documents, viewing available doctors in different locations and sorting available doctors by specialty.
Individuals may also view past and current bookings and make changes such as changing doctor or changing appointment time. HMG’s e-booking platform can also be integrated directly into the insurance company’s digital systems, allowing for perfect and seamless user experience.
